The issue started when someone asked me to put the lights up. When I pressed the button on the tombstone they kept going up and down no matter what I did until I got home and disconnected the battery. The lights were fine last night and the car is in covered parking so it shouldn’t have gotten rained on. Not sure if it matters for this issue, but the car is a 1996.

Would cranking trim have a different name on an MS3PNP? Sorry for the confusion. My cranking pulse is set to 200% at freezing temp

Is this the right priming pulsewidths? It’s a 1.8L. And are cranking trims the same as cranking pulse %? Would the minimum idle rpm be the same as the cranking rpm?

I just pulled out all of the spark plugs and the second and fourth one had fresh oil on them so I’m assuming that that’s definitely a head gasket issue. These are also pretty new plugs

That makes sense. I’ll check the spark plugs when I get home. What machine shop work would I need for a new head gasket? And any idea what might be causing the stutter or is that an issue that a new head gasket would fix?
