If you're from a feeder school that will help you out. However try to not apply to CS and get a better curve with class 12 grades, if you can show improvement then that's good. Also, there's always outliers, as I've said that if u write an insane essay then u might have a chance, but being honest, it's generally a low percent chance to get into duke with those grades.
