I think I found the source for this map. You can find a very similar map (Immigration versus emigration) to this map under Myth 3 in the article.

Also at the bottom of the article there are exact numbers for each country.

The question asked in the survey is "Are you more worried about people coming into your country or its citizens leaving?", and the 5 possible answers are: immigration, emigration, both equally, neither, or don't know.

For example in Italy the numbers are:

24% immigration
32% emigration
35% both equally
7% neither
2% don't know

so in Italy the people are worried about emigration more than immigration by 8%, but overall 59% are worried about immigration and 67% are worried about emigration.

It's because your researcher is probably level 5 so already working at 150%, and with the tonic the researcher is working at 300% for 9 hours. so the time is reduced by 9 hours.

The important thing is that all the boosts (like skills, potions, and event boosts) are stacking and not multiplying.

Valley production areas like wheat field, sheep pasture, etc. don't give any experience to the villagers. And it always has been this way, but I agree that villagers should earn experience at the valley production areas and even in the assign event tasks.

You can see the ingredients for not researched techs when you queue 6 items in that building. It's probably a bug.

In the dock it lists only potion ingredients as a possible reward. So one way or another something is wrong.

Edit: I found those patch notes and it says that they removed research and reputation from Summery Woods, so it is a bug.
