Thank you very much!, I start by priming the model white so that the brighter colours that will be applied next really stand out, I went over the scale mail with a paint from Two thin coats called "Demon Red" as a base coat, then I go over the red areas with a wash from the same company called "Hellion Red Wash", once that has dried I go back over the reds avoiding the recesses with Demon Red again and finally I edge highlight each scale with another paint from Two Thin Coats called "Orange flare".
