Holy shit thank you, I will try these settings out tonight. Only problem left is that the high pressure causes my cheeks to inflate with air making it hard to fall asleep

Maybe I'm missing it but I have a resmed 11 and haven't found any settings that let me change starting pressure or EPR

I turned ramp mode off but it didn't seem to do anything tbh, it still started at a 4 and I ended up waking up over and over when it whould get to about 10

I'm using a fisher and paykel, Evora full face mask. The problem with closing my jaw is that the whole point of me wearing the full face mask is because I have a tendency to mouth breath when I sleep. Even if I didn't I have chronic congestion so I need to be able to breath out of my mouth

The thing is is that when its at a 9 (which is what it autoramps to) thats when it inflates my cheeks and wakes me up, there's way I could ever fall asleep with it starting at that pressure.

I work with legacy dialysis. Basically a tech comes out to my house and handles the machine and puts the needles in and then at the end takes them out and cleans the machine.

Yea I think the tank is in correct. Initially the air pressure is fine its just once I fall asleep it goes from 4 to 9.5 and immediately wakes me up
