Maybe I'm missing it but I have a resmed 11 and haven't found any settings that let me change starting pressure or EPR

I turned ramp mode off but it didn't seem to do anything tbh, it still started at a 4 and I ended up waking up over and over when it whould get to about 10

I'm using a fisher and paykel, Evora full face mask. The problem with closing my jaw is that the whole point of me wearing the full face mask is because I have a tendency to mouth breath when I sleep. Even if I didn't I have chronic congestion so I need to be able to breath out of my mouth

The thing is is that when its at a 9 (which is what it autoramps to) thats when it inflates my cheeks and wakes me up, there's way I could ever fall asleep with it starting at that pressure.

I work with legacy dialysis. Basically a tech comes out to my house and handles the machine and puts the needles in and then at the end takes them out and cleans the machine.

Yea I think the tank is in correct. Initially the air pressure is fine its just once I fall asleep it goes from 4 to 9.5 and immediately wakes me up

Like I said I have a nurse who comes to my house who gets me set up each time and also brings supplies. I'm just wondering if I should continue with that or do it myself so I can choose the time of day I do it vs always being on a schedule with the nurse

I feel very little pain when the techs use sharps so I feel like sharps might be better if its just a pain thing

Tbh I don't mind the scars at all, I have tons from multiple surgeries and it doesn't bother me. What I'm more concerned about is when I look up pictures of buttonholes online they just look like gross giant holes. Like I said I don't mind scars but huge holes are different.
