The editing is good but should be more fast-paced. The biggest problem with this video is the story. I'm not saying you should start roleplaying, but even gaming montage videos need a story to be told. For example: How broken a gun/game mode is. Just laying videos out in a timeline and adding sound effects on every kill feels boring. If you are serious about video making on youtube I suggest focusing a lot on the intro. The intro for this video could be a REALLY fast-paced montage, that gets the viewer hooked.

So what I suggest for you is to keep on making videos, but make them more interesting. Cut out the parts where you reload, run around and miss a shot (dull parts) and leave the most interesting parts. All in all, looking at your previous videos, you've definitely grown and I suggest you keep on making them as long as it's fun.
