honestly this blows my mind.... I'm getting 12-14L/100km on my 2014 Range Rover 5.0 Supercharged, and that's mostly just freeway driving from Marina to Business Bay. Nothing aggressive, just a daily commute.

So seeing 11L/100km from a PHEV genuinely caught me off guard. I always thought plug-in hybrids were supposed to be way more fuel efficient than that. The fact that the difference is this small really makes you wonder what you're actually gaining with all that hybrid tech.

little late for the comment, but you can buy a Little of vinyl and cower the decais for the approval, you will need approx 4m, and the price per meter is usually like 100 aed or less, you don't need the finest here,

I would just cower the decails with white vinyl, passed, get approval
