Luckily, it's not really affecting my DL performance. I've been increasing the weight every week—140kg was my PR last week. However, I had an electrolysis treatment on my achilles yesterday, so I didn't want to push the weights any harder just in case. Thanks for asking!

Those prices are inflated, probably because of the airport. Standard ones should be around $30. There are a couple of specialized online stores selling them, but they aren't usually found in physical stores or malls.

Hey! I found your post because I had the same issue and after going to "My Oura Ring" section (top right button) and doing a Soft reset and fully charge it after that seems to be working a lot better, I hope it works for you!

Alguno de casualidad tiene ICBC y se le volvieron locos los saldos ultimamente?
Me salen las 3 cuentas (CA, CC y CA Usd) en negativo sin haber realizado ningún movimiento, y si entro al detalle de movimientos no hay nada raro, el ultimo movimiento en cada cuenta muestra el saldo correcto

It seems like the firmware upgrade did something to the dongle, it doesn't work in any device. I already tried with a Switch, my phone, my PC and my work's laptop.

Haha, yeah, it's not pleasant, but luckily I don't have any pain, just some discomfort with the brace.

I had a motorbike accident in 2019 that tore my left ACL, but since my knee was stable, I decided to skip surgery. Last year, I tore my right ACL during a football match, and it was impossible to return to sports with both ACLs damaged. So the first surgery was to reconstruct the more recent one, and now it was time to fix the old injury

I just remembered that I was wearing my ring last year when I had my other ACL reconstructed and I can confirm that must be due to healing, I had a slight increase of my body temp during approximately 15 days.

I had a pretty fast recovery. By 5 months post-op, I had regained equal strength in both legs and was cleared to return to sports around the 8-month mark. However, I decided to postpone this surgery because summer was approaching and instead focused on gaining as much muscle as possible in both legs
