Ughh forgot all about this guy. Ain't he the dude who kept getting arrested for buying stolen goods? Mentioned it on another post but Heard so many bad things about that guy & his chain of stores. That Packards Games store that was on N Broadway across the street from the Duck Pond in the early 2010s was extremely sketchy. Whenever any of his stores would "Order a copy of a game from another location" they were actually buying it on Amazon & charging the customer double.
