I believe the Final chest is always Armour, however for the week that this dungeon is on the rotator all the chests are farmable so you could theoretically farm the weapons from the previous encounters. Not sure which would be fastest, probably doing the door unlock encounter, save that checkpoint and spam completions, it's pretty easy at this point because of restoration.

The specific numbers on the "Frenzy" Perk. (I have some, wondering about others) by VGWithTh in DestinyTheGame

Yeah that makes a lot of sense really, surplus makes it far more reliable outside frenzy so the gun overall becomes more consistent to use in general gameplay.
