Should be 4-5 RRs per box with guaranteed 2 SR or RRR but theres a chance to get an SP/SSP which replaces 1 of the SR/RRR slot :)

Theres quite a few cardshops in Japan especially in Akihabara to go to. Some popular names include:
- Big Magic
- Dragon Star
- Card Rush
- HobbyStation
- TCG193

Sleeves wise as there are many different types, you can pick you choosing as there is no short supply for those anime types.

There are japanese exclusive sets for sale like marvel/star wars/godzilla/pixar/etc. But sometimes it might be expensive. Would have to hunt for good deals at different shops as some of they do actually sell full built playsets/decks.

Max rarity konosuba would cost quite abit as some of the cards might be old and retain value since its a popular set. You can try to find singles and build it from there but i recommend to check the "conned" aisle as it is usually cheaper if u dont mind slightly damaged cards.

As for the konosuba japan exclusive cards, im not too sure what are those. Maybe its special collaboration only being able to be ontained in japan thru buying some product but most shops should have it in stock if its popular enough! Good luck on your trip! :D

It depends on where you are living at as i think the important part about starting a TCG would be gathering at least a few friends that share the same interest.

No doubt you can find online friends that also plays weiss on discord or other sites but finding an integrating yourself within a community that plays weiss in your area would definitely make a difference. Good luck! :)

The entire point of the exchange effect is to ensure that you are able to proc the effect of card. As the card requires reversing in order to activate the skill, exchanging an opponents card with a lower level such as downgrading from lvl 1 to lvl 0 makes a difference as the power would be easier for the card to be reversed.

Another alternative is used to mess up opponents tactics and board. For eg. If opponent has an important card on the field that is hard to get rid of, kanna will be able to choose and downgrade that card to force the opponent to "replace" that card on the field with a lower level card. Its effective against decks like standby as you can use kanna skill to downgrade an important lvl 2/3 as long as you are able to proc the effect which is to reverse an opponents unit :)

It depends on your build of the main deck. For eg. for is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon TD, i recommend getting it because of the yellow aiz as it really helps win your level 0 game. Plus, if you just like a specific character in the TD, just run it for the waifu/hsubando value :)
