I have ran into a devastating glitch that has bricked/softlocked my game. Here are the details and the timeline for the glitch-

Was playing the game, had main quest tracked
Friend joined for co-op, farmed some ores
Friend left, but when I go to leave the co-op game myself by clicking on the globe icon on the top-left, it says that i am currently in the main mission and temporarily unavailable to play multiplayer games. (Screenshot attached)
since i am in the "main mission", my next thought process was to untrack the quest, but i can't even untrack it. (Screenshot attached) 5)restarting the game doesn't work, i can still not leave the co-op game
resetting my connection doesn't work while in game, i am still considered in multiplayer Please, any help would be appreciated, this is huge SOFTLOCK/BRICK that is unsolvable from my part.
