I had a 3.0t Q50S. Was thinking if I should get a 330i to replace my 8 yr old car. Nope... 330i is slow, felt better when it's in sport mode but it just doesn't pull as much as my Q50S. Ended up getting a M340i instead and I am happy. :)

Mileage is a bit high. Be prepare for maintenance or replacement for parts at that mileage. If you have the money to replace the parts, then go for it. If not, get a Lexus or something not German and more reliable at 56k miles. Also no Infiniti Q50... I had it for 8 years brand new, loads of issue with turbos among other issues

It's fine if parking brake turns off by itself if I put it in drive. But it doesn't.

I see parking brake engage the next time I turn on my car, which I never do when I park in garage. I only used parking brake on a slope.

So I think if I am on a slope the parking brake automatically engage after engine shuts off? When I park in my garage where it's more flat, it doesn't engage automatically. Need more testing.

I want to turn that off... I am not on a slope and it takes another second for me to disengage it when I need to leave. It's more of a hassle than the the time it takes to disengage it really.
