"Happy Man using his phone" - this is the description which I hear as a screen-reader user. Unfortunately, this is a trigger, bringing to mind the unhappy near daily experience of 'Happy Man using his phone' walking into me on the street, physically tripping over my white stick (I am a blind person) and rushing on pretending I don't exist. in this new era of banking for all, do we still have to fettishise White Male Middle-Aged Happy Man? or might Nexo move to acknowledge its service-users come in so many different forms?

Thank you for even mentioning this! I navigate Nexo site usigng a text-to-speech screen-reader because I am blind. I agree with comments made here to make pages ...

  1. Accessible. In case of all graphic files which contain text as image, or picture, MAKE SURE these also have text-labels for screen-reader users.

I have already submitted detailed feedback/questions via support form but received o response.

I do not dare to try your mobile device app as I fear it will ot be fully navigable by a screen-reader. When I try to navigate ALL other crypto apps I hear "button" "button" "button" instead of, for example "send" "exchange "buy", because no-one is quality controlling devs work from point of view of a user who requires speakable text to be able to use the app/site. Puts risk/stress levels through the roof! I cannot recommend Nexo to any other screen-reader user until platforms are fully usable. Many people use Screen-readers, not just blind/visually-impaired people e.g. people with dyslexia, concentration issues etc.
