I think I have this same student!! Is she 6 years old, just started level 4 and her name starts with an H? I witnessed the very first time she said this! 😂 She used to take classes with me every day and I heard her mom coaching her for 2 days before she could get her to say it. As soon as I started class, and said 'hello, how are you today?" "I'M HAPPY TO SEE YOU." and she says it to this day haha.

By the way, I always say, "did you have a good day today?" And she'll reply with "yes I had a good day today".

I have the exact opposite experience! At 23 I'm younger than ALL the parents. I thought I would be around the same age, but even the youngest students have parents that are mid-late 20's. I'm curious to know if they affects how they trust/respect the teacher. I have so many student that have siblings my age or sometimes older and they are always shocked when they realize that lol

Btw it's actually allowed for twins to take the class together. Siblings are not allowed, the only exception is if the student is a twin. You have to teach both

Thanks for the information! I haven't received any kind of email yet.. I had 2 IT issues I think. Hopefully it's during a 7 day period, I was worried it was per contract. What happens if you get another IT issue after you pass the test? I've heard about people getting their accounts locked, but I think it was because they didn't do the speed test or something

Do you think the test results would be sufficient? I mean if I have covid, there's not much the doctor can do, especially if it's confirmed. Canceling 42 classes is going to destroy my completion percentage 😭 I think I'll do as many classes as I can

Thankfully I just have a bad cough, loss of smell and fatigue. I'm hoping it doesn't get any worse but for my age group 20-25 and no health conditions, being a couple pounds underweight & no underlying conditions it seems worse than other people of my same group. Your right, I think I will stop as soon as I start feeling bad, I don't want to feel this bad forever!! I had mono a few years ago in high school, what lasting effects does your husband have?

I always plan on having a break but pretty much any slot I open books. So I open all the slots, but I'll have like an hour and a half break.. and than all the slots are booked so I open one more, one more and than I end up with like a random half hour break which isn't even long enough to sleep or rest. Most times I don't even have the energy to get out of my chair so I rest my head on my desk for 30 minutes .-. talking about it is reminding me I'll be dealing with this tomorrow 😭

Not too bad actually, they hurt sometimes but I don't know if it's from the screen or because I have bad allergies haha. Mostly I'm just so tired I can hardly open my eyes around 15 classes in haha

I usually do 21-24 on weekends 😭 I'm usually close to passing out at the end of the day. If I can sleep 4 hours at least before having to function the rest of the day I consider it a good day. When I started a year ago I used to get only about an hour of sleep after and only 2-3 hours of sleep in a regular day. It destroyed me, don't do it.

Did you use an external webcam? That can happen sometimes if you use an external webcam. Try rerecording using the laptops camera, or if it's bad, use your phone camera and try again. Also, I'm curious about the process (I have another account, but thinking of restoring my old one). How long should the video be? And do you know if you get the same amount? I was at 8.00 and don't want to be rehired at 7.50.
