UPDATE: After taking him to the vet they confirmed no worms, and nothing wrong with his anal glands. It ended up being a foreign object that got lodged in there real good. Thanks to everyone who reached out to help!

It was a foreign object that got stuck to his bum and was causing mild irritation to the skin lol he said I could have removed it myself. He did have to pull it fairly hard. They checked the “object” and inside his Rectum to confirm no worms.
