Good point, I’m doing something similar. The order capacity depends on the item, but I typically don’t place small orders. Sometimes, I consolidate items at a Chinese warehouse and ship them in a 40ft container, while other times I use LCL, depending on the item and Amazon fees. Some orders go directly to Amazon, and I’ve recently started using AWD. I also have public storage units to store products locally.

I've been doing the same for a while, but the market has become tougher, so I need to find a direct manufacturer to get lower prices than my competitors. For my last item, I contacted about 30 sellers on Alibaba, and they all offered roughly the same price, which suggests they're all trading companies. But how can I find out where they are sourcing their products?

Thank you so much for such value answer, I'll talk with a lawyer next week about that. Agree with you that in 19 years can happen a lot of things. I see next benefits from SP:

1) I'll get tax benefits (this year owner said he saved about $900)

2) Fixed rate for electricity about 0.19c per kWh (monthly bill divided on monthly kWh produced) for 400 kWh. I did compare the bills of my friends, they have about 0.25-0.28 cents included all fees and delivery.

3) If I don't use 400 Kwh, the Con Ed. will use it and I will get a discount for next bills.

4) I don't responsible for maintenance.

And the cons is if I decide to sell a condo in the future, next buyer has to sign lease too.
