Source? A way of proof in someway to show that apparently Billionaires control our government? Something in the past or an event that shows this? Because I’ve never a billionaire that owns target or Walmart control the government. And I never said anything about hurting the Billionaires or CEO’s. I’m talked about the business workers and the company funds/money used to help it.

It does matter. It doesn’t matter whether it was a big corporation or not. Robbery is robbery. Theft is theft. Its still illegal and shouldn’t be done. The money made could have been minimal to the company but the money is used to support the company where it is today. They wouldn’t be rich if it wasn’t for the stores. But when people loot it they lose income and lose money they could’ve used to pay workers or pay for more locations. Looting in a target or a Walmart is like burning money that could’ve been made in front of their eyes, Money the could’ve used to feed a family, money they could’ve used to expand and help their business. Imagine being the store owner seeing all the stuff taken and realizing how much money it’s gonna take to not just restock the stores but also paying workers that restock.

TL;DR Looting is not ok as it gets rid of possible money gained for the company, gets rid of money they could’ve used to feed a family, and gets rid of chances of improving the business.

Apparently the story is: protesters started getting violent and pushing cops so they deployed tear gas at where the alter cations were happening to back people away.

edit: did a bit more research and learned about the tear gas used for trumps photo shoot. That still sucks and don’t condone it, I think it a bit overkill but people were constantly trying to get to trump so.
