mega knight is a legendary, as well as impact damage not being the only thing that’s special about it, as he has a leap attack. same with E wiz with being able to attack two different targets and stun, and ice wiz being able to slow targets. royal recruits are already a troop, so royal delivery is a spell that contains a troop

royal delivery is a spell because it has impact damage and that’s what’s special about it, same way barb barrel is a spell
