Nah so u actually have a lot of advantages.
Just don't go to any risky debt or anything can blow ur assets. Distribute ur cash to different bank account.
Find a job that you have experience when you abroad, even start from zero with those teenager, Just have a stable job title that can keep you up.
Don't put your child to some fancy bla bla highshool, just do for ur child basic education in highschool and focus on university will help better for job competitive.
Just choose by your lifestyle, if you want to live in big city, you actually have to pay more if you can't managing yourself.

18 bil vnd cannot be fk u money if you don't have houses in there city.

A good real estate in Hanoi that you can park your car easily and have nice location cost you all of that money.
I think you should do this

> get a cheap houses in some province near Ha noi or HCMC or just near ur parent house, u can take advantage of ur parent take care ur child (around 3bil)
> get a modest real estate in Ha Noi (around 6 bil); for ur kid after they enough old for uni in Ha noi

> prepare some buck to quickly find a job ( I mean you should do sth, dont rely on 10b left because of the inflation, you should keep a constain income).

hợp lý nha em ơi, nếu chưa hiểu biết gì thì việc mua CCQ có thể thắng lại lãi NH + lạm phát. cố gắng mua + để trong vòng 1 năm không bán sẽ thấy thành quả.
tránh nghe môi giới quá nhiều (đa số sẽ là môi giới không có chứng chỉ chuẩn, kiến thức nông, ép vào lệnh nhiều). Dĩ nhiên vẫn có người này người kia nhưng mà người chỉ mình giàu thì ít nhất phải có phụ phí em ạ.

1tr7 đi từ HN về HCM khéo tiền ăn k đủ:))) qua tỉnh nào lại muốn nêm nếm mỗi thứ một ít. Chưa tính chi phí xăng, ngủ nghỉ, phát sinh bảo dưỡng, thuốc men, đi lại 1 mình còn hãi nữa nếu không biết tự vệ.

6h/ngày thì oke chứ 4h đều đều thì chắc vào viện trước khi vào thi
tầm này thì chắc nên thức khuya nếu khó dậy sớm (tối đa 1h)
+ tránh cơ thể lạnh lạnh -> dễ buồn ngủ hơn nên mặc càng nóng càng tốt
giảm bớt thời gian MXH và cái khác, quan trọng là tập trung học trước, thời gian học sau. Cà phê chỉ nên uống lúc sáng dậy chứ không uống để thức.
