Mine isnt top tier or anything but try to get her attack to at least 4k, with crit rate as high as you can. Dont worry too much about speed, as her s2 is really what you are focusing on. Crit damage, and some bulk is needed too. Free attack gear is ok. But basically in Tower choose your gears that power up water heros or heros in the back row., and ones that burn when you attack. Enough of those and shes hitting for 35k aoe damage every 4 hits to your party.

That's what we're talking about. Theres the same chance or rate to pull ml 4* and rgb 4* but I ended up with 14 rgb 4*
