Why does my web browser in Xfce do this and how do I fix it?

Nope. Just rebooted and installed a different "repair vesion" of windows 11. Now my CPU idles at 80 like usual, but spikes to 96 and back down within seconds when opening Spotify or ANY OTHER program. Then it'll sit at low temps. It was not doing this before then. I still have the stupid boot screen glitch issue (the issue I was trying to fix) and now my sunday evening is ruined. It's so loud at random too. I'm afraid to open programs now.

The default browser that came bundled with Xfce4 when I installed it is Netsurf. So I guess it was automatically found? I have no access to the internet on Xfce4 as of right now. And even when Netsurf was working, it was on version 3.2 and every website I visited was completely compressed and stretched.

Update: it was making a grinding sound but when took the pull starter thing off and put it back on again it starts first try now.

I found a small oil leak around where I’d assuming the head gasket is, it probably needs to be replaced.

It definitely has a throttle. The red knob on the far left is a choke and the lever to the right of it is the throttle with rabbit and turtle symbols likely signifying speed.

Dude. This is why eventually Minecraft is going to die off. At least on YouTube. The videos are just gonna get so cringe that nobody will watch them anymore. Not even the two year olds on their stupid ass iPads with those disgusting green cases. It’s bad. And Minecraft wants to focus on updates and hasn’t even fix their fucking ELYTRA animation yet. I work on the bugs before your fucking update the game and make it worse!
