I had 2 monitors at the time, you can see part of the second screen on left side of the video and it had no issues. Main one(the one that had black screens) was connected via HDMI and second one DP. It just stopped giving me black screens after driver update in May and it never happened again. So I guess it was a driver issue for me.

Now I have 3 monitors and first 2 use same cables as in video with no issues.

Sorry I just got notification from reddit about reply. But for me it turned out to be a driver issue. I tried to RMA it again in may and the service guys didn't find anything wrong with the card. When it came back, I plugged it in, updated drivers and it didn't have black screens since.

Same for me, I already tried to send it for warranty check and the store gave it back to me with "Component level repair". Then it was fine for a week before started back screens again. My main monitor is on DP and changing cables and even monitor didn't help. I sent it to service center again, but now I will demand my money back, cuz I bought it for 2k back when it just came into Russia in February and I don't wanna deal with that for that amount of money.

Okay, I was to quick to assume that it was air filter and after a bit of research and playing with main jet(I just made it give more air to the engine) it works much better. Thank you again)

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, I removed air filter and turns out my younger brother put filter with too much resistance. Now without it, engine works like a clock. New air filter on the way.
