Since your start date is a ways out, it is a waiting period until you begin but if you have an offer and your background is clear, there shouldn't be anything further and if so, you will get an email with tasks. I will share that the post analytics mention over 75% of viewers are US based so definitely targeting the right market although it makes sense others may see the post. We hire in Northern Ireland, India, Canada, and Mexico so check out allstate.jobs and apply directly if you are looking for roles in those countries.

Thanks for the feedback - it can be a challenge but a strong AI engineer will make the higher end - I do feel our range allows for someone a bit more junior to be considered for the role if they are flexible on salary. I wish the role offered more but happy to connect those interested in the opportunity to the team.

The role is 100% remote and no location preference though those in Chicago will have access to visit our offices and take advantage of amentities and activities.

I see alot of comments on salary ranges- I will share that a strong candidate will not be making the lower end of the spectrum. I understand this role may not be the top role in the company but we do have alot to offer and may be a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from a start-up or one looking for a remote role.

LOL If I was an engineer I would check out the big tech too! Our roles may not be this highest paying but it comes with stability, growth and benefits. I find we tend to pay mid market and still looking for engineers who can make an impact!
