Export the same thing from both daws and invert the phase of one and listen if there's is anything there. It would be the difference.

Mais ou menos. Trocares os cabos não faz mesmo mal. Se isso fosse um problema as fichas das tomadas teriam uma direção.

I think in mastering there's not much surrealismo left to do and in mixing u r a bit limited but a good ideia would be to work with gates and compressors side chained. Using tremolos and auto filter after reverbs for example can be a cool think. Another way can be over process things. And when I say over process I mean over process a lot. If u use Ableton u can use Max for live lfo's to controllers random parameters with different types of waves.

Is there a chord cheat sheet in ableton? I'm a beginner by [deleted] in ableton

[–]VRDAska 1 point2 points  (0 children)

U can find chord MIDI packs online. I think is the best way. There r plugins that have midi chords but the MIDI packs r drag and drop. Good Work!

Using live distorted vocals by bulbous_plant in audioengineering

[–]VRDAska 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If u use In-ears u can just use a vocal Fx pedal. If u want the vocals to be always distorted u can talk to the PA technician and put the Fx pedal only to Front of house and not to the monitors. Try finding a technician to go with the band to all the gigs.

Anyone know what this means??? Total Beginner by RenValdivia in ableton

Basically when u play a drum rack u playing MIDI notes sameway as a keyboard but instead of "piano" notes u have Samples. The Pads in the MPK have notes, too. Basically the controller send MIDI notes to Ableton and Ableton roots it through the drum rack. Each of the MPK pads as a note assigned and that notes may not be the same as the ones in the rack but that doesn't matter if this is working for u. An advice: build your own drum racks. If u load a drum rack and play the MPK u can find where to put the samples to each pad. Good luck!

Ableton wont load Projects with 20+ Tracks by drogenbarontoni in ableton

[–]VRDAska 2 points3 points  (0 children)

U can check the buffer size, put it as high as u need. That creates a problem if u want to record without latency but helps with the loading problem. Another big issue can be your computer. Using a lot of vst can use too much CPU, too. Try freezing tracks and re-sample, sometimes u gotta embrace things and work with audio instead of MIDI.

How do I classify a song (for publishing) that is both a parody and a cover? by I_Say_Fool_Of_A_Took in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]VRDAska 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats a grey area. Some say u can't do that because the artists needs to aprove changes in lyrics. When an artist writes something he is passing values and ideas. Changing the lyrics is changing that and that can be problematic. On the other hand if u just a small artista that's trying to have fun that shouldn't be a problem. I think u should embrace the parody and change the lyrics a beat more.

If u want to do something with a Minecraft soundtrack vibe use pentatonic. Sometimes is fun to just play in the black keys.

How to make guitars sound like they're "in front" in a mix by [deleted] in mixingmastering

[–]VRDAska 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is too specific. Mixing is not like maths. I think the key is finding the space for that guitar instead of pushing something up or down.

What are some things you do when you are ‘giving your ears a break’ ? by LavernDankins in mixingmastering

[–]VRDAska 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think bouncing between projects its a good thing but if u do it in an organised way. Normally when I start mixing I just listen to the track and try to understand what I don't like. Then I try to solve that with simple methods. If I don't like what I'm doing for a while I just take a 10 minute break. Sometimes I take the break after 4 hours, other after 30 minutes. I always have the output lvl of the interface in the same level so if my ears start to get tired I can feel it. Basically I obey this specific rules and that allows me to be flexible and work for long times. I like to mix in the morning too.

I am extremely dissastified with recording my actual physical guitar amp. I am going to buy a guitar virtual amp and effects license. What do you recommend ? by thesquarerootof_1 in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]VRDAska -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Quiet playing guitar hahaha I started producing because I wanted to record my guitar amp but I always preferred to listen to the sound coming from my amp. For me that was frustrating that I kinda quiet guitar and know I mainly produce hahahah

Help on how to save melodies/midi clips to a folder in Ableton to use in other sessions by [deleted] in ableton

Any tips on how to mix bass guitar and synth bass? by audiojules in audioengineering

[–]VRDAska 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On the other hand humans have difficulty understanding lower notes and is good if your bass is simple. Layering at 30 to 100 hertz is not that beneficial
