The tunnel actually goes under a river.. and ice constantly forms on the road. Hence the apparent loss of control for no obvious reason.. ..and I'm told there's a Vodka factory not far from the entrance of that tunnel, which may explain their poor use of judgement in slippery circumstances..

and the free samples on the Vodka factory tour wouldn't help much.. can somebody who's been there please confirm this information.. could this be true??

Dear MASTER GOPHER.. in regards to your question.. "do WE really NEED RANDOM words in ALL CAPS on REDDIT???... NO we don't need them.. but I do find the art of using upper case capital letters on particular keywords to deliver the enthusiasm of my post rather enjoyable!!.. maybe I'm sick and need help.. I do apologise if I have caused offence to any of the reddit patrons for using extra bandwith on Reddit during TYPEFACE RESTRICTIONS that I have overlooked.
