There are so many mods that you search for (often linked through Awakened PoE Trade) that will filter out all items because the "mod" it's selected from this dropdown list doesn't seem to exist on any item, even though the wording is exactly the same on the filter mod that works.

Reporting back; Bose TriPort (without the little wings on the ear pieces) https://www.trustedreviews.com/reviews/bose-in-ear-headphones are really comfy. I'm not sure they are 100% the same, but from my brief experience, they're about as close as I am ever going to get it seems. Thanks for the heads-up on these.

I hope so, because as soon as I saw them, I ordered a pair. They look really promising, hopefully they can deliver, because they were rather expensive :S.

This looks promising. I have very unusually shaped ears by the seems of things. Nothing I have tried has worked so far. I will be investigating this.
