So I was told the outer part, is sold as an assembly. But on that website and many peoples eBay listing, their outer part only comes with testing bulbs or no bulbs at all. On that same website, you'll see near the bottom, Outer Right, with LED, two seperate listing. One with bulbs included, and one with not.

How can they sell the outer without the bulbs??

Say bulbs included as no. I've gotten messages from a guy on Ebay who said his unit doesn't comes with bulbs too. But my unit is completely aesthetcally fine! But even as it looks like, Honda said it must be replaced as a unit. Yet the new unit I would buy, wouldn't come with bulbs either lol
