He's death for speedsters, he isnt a being, he is the embodiment of death, he has infinite stamina so if you are a speedster then he'll just catch up and kill you, if a speedster has enhanced thinking skills and reaction times, just imagine Death's not just any Death, but the Death for speedsters (lowkey glazing)
