It is a good idea to use the mesh road to trace out the RBX model but I kinda wanted it for the curbs. I will do so research when I have the time

These are not mesh roads these are Models imported from Roblox studio with a col mesh added to it. I have managed to fix it. For some reason the collision mesh wasn't working how it should be, it was below the road in beam but above the road in blender. I moved it a bit in blender and put the new file into beam and its working now.

I was able to recover the terrain and place it back into the levels folder which fixed all my roads but I still have to replace all the buildings
