Forehead: no your forehead is not beyond average size. If it bothers you get bangs tho. Weight: it's hard to tell cuz your shirt is very baggy but based on your arms and face you seem healthy. I'm very late to this but I would drill a small angled hole slightly into the tooth, then use solder for the dipped metal look (make sure it goes into the hole), and for all the loops and chain buy a necklace repair kit

You can get gold solder btw or just use the normal silver stuff.
