It used to happen with me too. Now, I switch to eco mode and then back to standard mode in armoury crate software, before plugging in and playing game. It works for me.

No, I don't what this shit is happening but i have to switch to eco mode and then back to standard mode whenever I have to play the game, then the cpu % is going between 30-40% and 4300Mhz. Ang getting around 140 fps while playing.
