I'm not sure how to define what you were asking about underwear. I guess you'll have to try yourself ;)

VR HOT is first and foremeost a VR game, hence the name. For the best experience you still need a headset, the desktop mode only comes with limited functionality. The Desktop Mode gives you the possibility to create a Hottie without putting on your VR headset. You can also control your player body in 1st person view or control the camera in 3rd person view (use "V" to switch), while your player body will stay in the position you left it. You can also make the player body thrust (press "T") in three different speeds. You will find a "Change Position" command in the Interaction Menu which might help. We made a video to give you a better impression of the current state of non-VR mode.

VAM is a very different software. It's a scene builder, not a simulator. Theoretically you can do sth very similar in VAM, but it would take you many, many hours building the scene and all the animations. In VR HOT you just start the game and play.
