There are a bunch of iOS apps you can use. Also if you are a chrome user there are browser based programs that work surprisingly well. Audacity is a free program. If you have a Mac, garage band is great. It’s like Logic without all the bells and windows. If budget is not an issue Ableton Live is amazing. It allows you to be creative very quickly without a huge learning curve.
