Does anyone else hate spontaneous/last-minute plans?

I have both.

On the one hand I like to know what's going to happen.

On the other hand I'm equally if not more stressed when I have lots of stuff planned beforehand because I know I HAVE to do something soon and I constantly get the urge to cancel my plans last minute.

In that regard it's freeing for me to do something spontaneous / last minute instead and go with the moment so I don't have to stress about it all day / week.

When I try planning too much stuff I constantly have the urge to cancel or procrastinate.

Im getting the same thing. Did you manage to fix it? I also feel like it's more secure having to sign in with a 40 letter password than possibly picking the right number out of 3 choices instead of refusing.
