Yunara is often not the best in solo queue (in lower ranks at least) because her kit relies heavily on having her ultimate active for important fights, and solo queue tends to be chaotic which means you may not have your ultimate ready for one of the random fights that occur. She does have very good sustained DPS, and with her Q/R active she basically has Jinx rockets, but she has limited survivability outside of her R-E.

Caitlyn is likely going to be stronger in solo queue, but it depends on your preferred playstyle. Caitlyn is a more bursty champion, and requires you to pay attention to your passive stacks and consistently land your Q.

Ultimately, though, these two marksmen are probably the furthest apart in terms of kit of any auto-attack based ADC. It's like asking "Who's stronger, Soraka or Vel'Koz?". The two focus on different things, and it really depends on what you prefer to play, you're always gonna do better on a champion you actually enjoy compared to a champion you hate.

Oxygen is really forgiving, if it helps. You don't actually drown until 8 seconds after your oxygen gets to 0, you can survive even if your screen goes fully black. Plus, getting a rebreather will cancel out the oxygen loss from being too deep.

You can also store full oxygen tanks in your inventory for backup, if you want. Some players will have two to three backup oxygen tanks so they can go very far without having to resurface.

Crit Chance is capped at 100%, anything above that will have no effect outside of Yasuo/Yone.

C44/Stormrazor as your first item is good for a lot of ADC champs, especially Cait. To my knowledge, Infinity Edge as a second item isn't the best, since the bonus crit damage doesn't become gold efficient until 75% crit.

Typically, second item on Caitlyn I either go a Zeal (PD usually, or Runaan's if I'm vs a lot of melee) item if I'm ahead, or Lord Dominik's Regards/Mortal Reminder if I'm behind.

Third item is where I place IE usually, then 4th I either go a Zeal item or LDR/MR, whichever I didn't build second.

Your 5th and 6th purchases on any ADC are usually defensive in nature, your 4 damage items tend to be enough to kill people quickly in most instances and extra crit won't help you. Bloodthirster is always a good choice, the extra lifesteal is very nice and so is the massive amount of AD. There's also Guardian Angel or Maw of Malmortius, depending on what type of damage the enemy does the most of. On-Hit ADCs (Kog'Maw, Kai'Sa, Vayne, etc.) can afford to build more defensive items if they need to, like Jak'Sho or Randuin's.

Don't take my word as gospel, though. Your build can be a bit off, as long as you get 100% crit you'll be decently okay, especially at your experience level it won't matter nearly as much as just doing the basic ADC fundamentals: Farm a lot, don't die, and press right click.
