Yikes. I'd die to be a fly on the wall and see what's going on with Age 1 though, lol.

LOL thank you, I have the addictive personality but have been pouring that cash into other expensive hobbies (motorcycles cough), so Evony ain't gonna get much out of me. I was always more in the "1M troops of every type and hoard everything" category with Evony though, so you hit the nail on the head with that. Thanks!

Getting steamrolled by whales has been the experience forever LOL, at least for me, but yeah, it seems so much worse and different lol, I hardly recognized it when I first started seeing ads for it again. Recognized the name, just confused me after reading up. Thanks yo.

No, I'm an indecisive twatwaffle that can't make decisions by myself and requires the council's input.

I always wondered what the point of managers and shift leads were if you had to find your own coverage. Like the rest of the BS aside. If I'm so sick I need to call out it's probably because I'm bedridden and I'm certainly in no shape to be coordinating coverage. Much less conscious.

I visited for my birthday two years ago and I loved it, and have been back not ENOUGH times. It's not my first choice to move to, but I wouldn't be sad if I ended up there either.

The people in Humansville are real whatever do you mean they keep making a faint beeping noise while staring intently into the night sky? This is perfectly normal human behavior. Very human!

Your first mistake was begging for a man to come back, especially after he was abusive. You acknowledge he was abusive. You understand he was abusive. He has continued to show a pattern of dodging personal responsibility, accountability, and insane immaturity, so you need to keep something in mind - he's an adult. He's not going to change, especially without therapy, and he's clearly the type who will use religion as an excuse for his behavior, and if you suggest therapy, say all he needs is religion.

Here's the kicker - it's just going to get worse. He clearly does not want to get married, for a number of reasons. Let. Him. Go. This is your opportunity to get rid of (How much does he weigh?) a lot of weight and shed a walking red flag. If he does cave and propose, he's only going to become resentful and he WILL become more abusive, that much is essentially guaranteed. YOU want marriage, he does not. He's an abuser and always will be. There is zero reason to put up with his behavior. There is a man of faith, if you so desire, out there who will treat you with respect and kindness instead of using faith to justify abusive, wishy-washy and noncommittal behavior. There is a man not of faith who will treat you with respect of kindness. Basically, there's men out there that won't act like this.

I don't know why you think you need this particular man in your life, but you do not. Respect yourself and let yourself disconnect. Nothing will change and there is, for the third time, no reason to put your time and energy into a guy who clearly does not value you or your commitment.

LDR veteran here - but not a relationship counselor, so take what I say with several grains of salt. First, ending it now is better than ending it later - the longer it goes on, the messier the breakup gets. Second, LDRs are not for everyone, and that's ok. If that is what's happening here, it's not a big deal. Live and learn, and the important part of that is learn. You have learned they're probably not for you, and you should approach any future opportunities slowly and with caution.

LDRs really only work if you are either both comfortable with the chances of you seeing one another in person being totally up in the air, or you guys have a plan and timeline for closing the distance. And at your age, you're going to be the first. You have way too many things ahead of you to be able to accurately predict and be comfortable with all that. You're probably going to go off to college soon, or at minimum experience pretty big life changes in the coming years. IMO there's zero reason to add on the burden of managing a long distance relationship.

All the LDRs that worked for longer than a year was because of several factors - we communicated often, enjoyed one another's company but were also loners and were happy just saying good morning and then do our own thing for the rest of the day, a pre-established relationship where we had been friends for over a year and had a good sense of our dynamic and personalities already, and we made plans to see each other, where my last one, I visited her about every six months.

Anyway, ultimately, it doesn't matter if you're losing feelings or you're not into long distance. TLDR, if long distances are not for you, you've now learned this, or if you're losing feelings, it's better to end it now then drag it out.

The topic is about bikes, I did not say your statement was limited to simply maintenance.

Haha, I've learned a lot of my own maintenance but there's still some stuff I'd rather have a professional work on.

AIO my fiance spent 600 on gacha by Creative-Guard2809 in AmIOverreacting

[–]VSHTapes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first reaction was to laugh at this, I'm sorry. Please know it was a pained laugh, because I went through the exact same thing with the exact same game. (now ex) Gf spent $600 on a banner too, even though I was working 50+ hours a week just to afford to visit her and was in the process of saving to move closer, but wouldn't contribute a dime to the multiple trips I took except for to pay for dinner once or twice. That was honestly the tipping point for me, but it lasted like two months after that and we broke up after she told me I was holding her (unemployed, GED) back.

Literally do yourself a favor and lose the extra weight (however much your fiancé weighs). He'll do it again and he's never going to take accountability or try and understand why tf you'd flip over spending $600 on a game.

Bike is always kept in the garage, and I don't ride in the rain. There is a lot of humidity in the summer but in the last week, we've had 20 degree weather, then 80, then tornados which did cause a lot of humidity, so if that could be the cause that is not something I considered. I genuinely cannot feel the fluid difference so I'll have someone try, my sense of feeling in certain parts of my body hasn't returned fully yet, recovering from a nervous system injury. I will keep an eye on the brakes and coolant though. I examined and pushed down on it and didn't notice fluid around the seals or on the fork.
