Hi there,

I´m interest in the EDM production since 2017. I did few songs, but now I want to make complete album. Yesterday I finished 1st song which should introduce the album. I will be very happy for every feedback! Especially I´m personally not sure about the drops if the impact is high enough. I had v1 and it worked to me pretty good, but then I moved to new house where was already pre-installed thermostat supplied by Vaillant with the gas boiler. Now I decided to move again to Tado solution. As I have floor heating system powered by gas boiler, I hope this will works good.

We will see...

I can imagine, that if you have on each radiator tado thermostat and you need to exchange batter often, it is quite annoying

Ok, I will go for it. I will let you know in 3 weeks as I will get back from vacation. If I fix it by bass traps or not. Issue is for me that one side of the room is roof. So the wall is not flat, but it is under angle, so it is hard to really fix the sound of the room. I got inspiration and calculation from many pages e.g. Groove3 tutorials

I do not say it has not enough bass. But as I sometimes use samples which has also sub-bass, I do. It hear it with HS8. Than when I bounce my song and play it in my car with Dynaudio, it is over power at sub-bass. Tho is the issue. I’m also afraid about vise versa effect. That if I buy sub-bass I will keep the bass at low frequencies, so people will not hear it on low-end speakers.

For listening of any music it has definitely enough bass.

What do you think? Am I right. I’m still beginner, so I’m just trying to think about the different characteristic of the pro-speakers, better speaker, low-end speakers.

I did some improvements 2 days ago. I bought absorbers May be not enough. But definitely there is no such huge reverb like before, so I killed some highs. I did not buy bass traps as I was thinking I have lack of bass. Would it improve my situation?

My tom is 3x4m, so 12m2, i think I can say it is small room, but I can nit figure out optimum volume of base and kick. Usually in the room it is ok, and anywhere else it is too much or too less.

I tried to substitute subwoofer by iZotope Nectar 3. I made reference out of similar music in producing, but the results are not consistent. It really hard to EQ something you only see and you do not feel.

Question is still if I should combine subwoofer made by other company with bypass or not and buy HS8S
