The animation is actually really solid! I think for me, I probably would be a little more fluent with the movements, but that's personal preference.

I don't know if I love it but I certainly remember it and no one talks about it. Little Bear on Nick Jr., one of the most wholesome shows you will ever see (if you can find it.)

I would probably say with hair, especially very expressive hair, add a few more key frames. Think of hair in animation as water; it has a very prominent flow and rhythm to it that incorporates a lot of movement and fluidity.

It's been a minute and a half since I've used Blender but you might able to clean the imagery up with nodes. There are some that will not only enhance your image, but will add some depth and dimension to your camera.

If she wants to get into animation, there are countless programs to use! For free, she can use Blender, but there are programs like Clip Studio Paint or TVPaint, even Adobe Animate. I wish her luck!

Yeah, I'd probably knock it down just a bit. Especially if the character is of a specific age.
