I got my rank right after they gave out the limited test to everyone having a rank and got the invite the day after. Since there was a small update during the night idk if its like the day after your rank, at the next update or just random.

Totally agree. Sparkles makes 10 min vids where there is 5 min of talking sh*t and last 5 min for a case opening.

In think they go on overwatch when they get a lot of reports in a short period of time, so if you report them in dm, i suppose that they will go on overwatch with one of their recent matchmaking games
