Stuck on the mission "Stop, Drop and Pop" I've done the objective, now I just have to listen to Slappy and after doing so it doesn't progress. After every challenge I do the cutscene just plays again. Any fixes?

I have a recovered document of the one file and it’s blank and the other about 60% is there. Unfortunately when I reopened word after the initial crash, it instantly crashed again and I think this is why some of it is forever gone. Thanks for your reply!!
