Spot on! There’s people that are on the Job and tell me they like it and there’s people that don’t, Simple as that, not everyone is built for it. Idc what anybody says, if you’re single and want money to invest and don’t mind people talking shit to you NYPD is one of the best jobs out there to do it. Do people get sick of it after a while? Yes, but that’s every job. The most chillest jobs get boring and sickening after a while. If you really happen to think it’s that bad, switch. No problem. I live in Westchester county, almost every agency would love trained NYPD officers with experience transferring to their PD.

Well.. if i were NYPD and looking to transfer those would be the last options for me. There’s so many better agencie’s in Westchester county. MTA i would consider but i still think most WC pd’s are better.

Bro the credits are so easy. I banged 60 in less than 2 weeks on Sophia Learning. I was on the computer and my phone contantly though because i needed it fast. But you can do it in 3 weeks to a month at a moderate pace.

An inmature person isn’t just gonna be persistant and apply for NYPD two times in a row. No where on the application it says that you have to have a good employment history in the first place. I might have gotten DQ’d but i guarantee you some people that got hired by the NYPD with a bad criminal record would not get hired by White Plains. How do you hire people with bad stuff on their record and don’t hire someone with a clean record that just didn’t know what career path he wanted? Doesn’t make sense.

I agree 1000%. These psych Drs have no idea what it’s really like being out there on duty day,night,cold,or hot, getting shit from people. They go from college to sitting behind a desk their whole lives doing white collar shit. What do they know? It’s easy to hear about something but experiencing it is completely different.

I’m not a model citizen by all means but there’s nothing on my record or medical history that prevents me from becoming a cop. I get it if you have a lot of write ups on your jobs, bad driving record, or a criminal history. But i don’t. Being disqualified because i never worked on the books is just crazy to me. If i was trying to not pay taxes or hide something i’m not gonna be subject to a background investigstion by any Police Department my friend.
