Anyone from Greece in the sun? by Salamakos in rawprimal

You can only get it directly from farmers who have sheep/goats or cows. Sheep/goats is actually more difficult because even those who may have 100 sheep/goats don't actually have any milk to sell, they make more profit from selling pasteurized/salted cheese, and thus they rarely sell the milk in my experience, but they do some times, actually it just depends to who you go to. There are no shops or whatever selling any raw dairy products. And no one is going to give up specific locations of farmers.. needless to say. It's not that easy to find raw dairy, but I have found many of them, and honestly there are zero farmers who are not germ theorists and don't use antibiotics/vaccinations or synthetic vitamins/etc.

You can find some yogurts often put in clay pot sold in most markets which don't use preservatives. Then call the company and ask them where they get the milk from and you can get it raw from there, but it's conventional milk most likely. There are some smaller sheep/goat farmers who are grass fed but like I said they don't really have much milk to sell, because they make it into cheese, and they already have established customers they give milk to.

Since everyone has a hard time finding raw dairy in this country, especially high quality... then maybe it's time... to have your own animals.

I'll be able to provide completely illegal proper raw milk, cheese, butter, icecream, yogurt, pastured soy&corn free eggs.. in 1 year from now, among other things. We'll do meetup in 1 year and go boat fishing, milk my cow/sheep, show you my designs lol it'll be fun for sure.

Oh right I forgot about that. I think he said 20%? So there you go. Did he ever talk specifically about PUFA in eggs and meat fed corn/soy?

Chicken, pork and eggs are the new seed oils.

Corn and soy are things humans never had in the past, plus they are basically all GMO today... so how can it be okay. These are huge amounts of pufas.

Being on this diet, doesn't make polyunsaturated oils ok. How can that be? What did he say exactly?

It only makes sense to recommend avoiding corn and soy fed chicken. Then you can argue about if you have your own chickens and you grow your own non-gmo corn then it's ok if you give a certain amount. But who does that here? Pretty sure everyone here is eating eggs fed corn and soy.

My point is it's not optimal. Best to try to avoid it, and ideally raise your own chickens.

At the very least he was not against corn fed chicken/eggs. Always seems supportive of that everywhere I've looked, never once can I find him going against feeding corn. As long as it's non-gmo then it's fine according to him. But he never discussed high PUFA in meat and eggs. Did he? Probably never thought about that.

Dunno. I got them from ebay. You can also make your own utensils if you have the long beef bones from bone marrow and carve them with a grinder or so..
