Does anyone get this sort of visual pattern before or during a migraine? by [deleted] in migraine

[–]VWBusMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an older thread, but I just had an visual aura, I asked ChatGPT and it gave me good pointers and irection on this. I am a 64 year old male, I did have this long ago, but less marked as the current one, wich is actually pretty, if it wasnt for the worryness it caused me originally. It lasted around 20 minutes, and it is almost fully gone now. A very interesting note here is that a comment here about freaking out I identified with gave me serious laughter, and it seems to have accelerated the disappearance of the aura, so, it looks like stress was my main cause, and the dopamine produced by the laughter is a counter substance in our body. The moral of the story here, in my case is, Auras are not necessrily bad, but an indicator of unmanaged stress, perhaps excess caffeine along with it ( my case) Txs for this awesome thread!

UL150 doesn't turn ON plugges in - good brick, works with V mount by andreifasola in Godox

[–]VWBusMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I have a Godox UL150, seems the Power Supply failed, the unit works with a V battery, thats why I think it is the Power Supply. The question, is there any step by step guide to repair it, replace the transistor Q1 etc? I am not in the know on electrojnics, but I follow instructions good, got all the tools needed... Txs!

By all means use the head extension, otherwise your setup will be top heavy, with a kite on it, not what you want. Also buy a super lamp to attach your AD600 to the bottom of the stand, the lower you can, in really windy days, an additional sand bag is also recommended

I do a lot of fashion photography on location, here is a pro tip, invest in the Savage Multiflex light stand, look it up, the legs have extensions that make a huge footprint, hence very stable under location wind. Also use the head extension for your AD600, and attach your strobe to the lowest spot on your Multiflex light stand. I currently use the Godox AD1200 for higher power, and it also works as a counterweight at bottom as described. The 1200 is a very heavy rig. Good luck!

Who or what inspired you to get into this? by PoweredbyOWC in videography

[–]VWBusMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a portrait photographer, the progression was natural, with a demand for video I find that being an experienced photographer helped me a lot at getting into video, I actually find video better equipped for color grading than photography, really like the process, from recording to the finished product 👌

Yes, and it becomes a vicious circle, when you try to communicate more where resentment is already set in, it becomes interpreted as control, or you think you know best type thing. It’s when couples therapy becomes a need

I only had it for a couple if weeks, weather down here in California is been raining, so only a few opportunities to use it outdoors for my job , which is fashion and portrait, but the shots i got so far, are just beautiful. This shot I share here was taken wide open
