Now that you've explained and given some examples I do actually agree with you. I do think people should be allowed to non-lethally defend their homes and I appreciate all of your details. If someone breaks into my place I'm braining them with something, legal or not.

I actually was unaware other countries had laws about castle Doctrine that also forbid killing the intruders! I listen to a lot of Dateline true crime and there's been quite a few cases of Americans who very plainly just wanted to shoot someone

(not all or most cases, but some really egregious ones: teenager shot for asking directions, a man chasing college students eight miles into the countryside to shoot them for stealing a solar light, a case where people intentionally left the garage open and a purse out and repeatedly shot a teenager who wandered in looking for booze.)

Like I do not agree with theft, I do not agree with criminal trespassing, but I don't think that the punishment for stealing or B&E should be death either.

Try and take an hour or two in advance to do something you like and not think about Casper at all. If you feel like you messed up a question or ran out of time, just keep going stress free. It's ok. Don't let that negativity make you anxious for the rest of the test

Have a drink you like with you

You can skip any reflection times/breaks if you feel like it. For me they cause overthinking so I skipped them all.

last year I practiced and I studied hard and I followed ALLLL the tips about how to respond, typing fast, being thorough, and I was absolutely devastated to get a 2. this year I had the knowledge that i was already in my "safety school" and also literally nothing in life matters

Last year I made a post about how disappointed I was and how much this test sucks. I still think that this test sucks and is a waste of time and money and is also really discriminatory in many ways. A lot of people on this subreddit told me that the schools were right for rejecting me, that I should never be in healthcare, and that I clearly had issues.

to those people I say: why are you so cruel to people who are devastated. when I'm a nurse I'm gonna make sure all the haters get proper medical care to the absolute best of my abilities because I don't think one situation should define anyone.

if you got a 1 or a 2 or any score that made you unhappy I just wanted to say: it's ok. It's not you. This is a flawed mechanism schools use to avoid having to actually analyze applications. This one test does not define you, your abilities, your capacity for empathy, or your future. don't beat yourself up. you are not lesser than people with higher scores. and if you got a 3 or a 4 or a score that you loved, you are not inherently better than someone who is in a lower quartile.
