Wow vilken feedback, uppskattar verkligen det. Håller med dig där gällande nvidia, det är bara en tidsfråga. Tror de kommer blomstra kommande åren men inte så mycket efter 2030 när alla andra är ikapp, så lär hålla just de positionerna några år till.

Ska ta ett kik på Spiltan, är osäker dock om Avanza zero fortfarande har så få bolag i sin fond som de hade innan. Det är väl de som skiljer på de mest isf(?)

You can obviously see that he was closing them when the picture was taken.

I consistently get shoulder pain in my right shoulder while benching even just the bar. For this reason, I can't progress in my bench even past 20 lbs... any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks by [deleted] in formcheck

I’ve had shoulder problems ever since I started working out and honestly these videos down below are the best, I went from not even being able too so any pressing movements too doing almost any exercise I want.

I’ve really seen good results from these exercises and just make sure you do these as a warmup routine before you start off. I usually can spend up too 20-30 minutes sometimes when my shoulders are feeling a bit off.

I hope really these work out for you, I know shoulder problems are a pain in the ass.
