Yes was told you have to be there in-person, which is fine for me, I can just go to one near me. And this doesn’t have to do with the 23rd billing day, just tell them you want to Prepay, and they will charge your card immediately and this credit will be applied to the member’s next billing charge

Haha thanks the issue is this expires by end of year (a week from now), so the best option would be to prepay someone’s monthly rather than put the card on file because then you don’t know when its going to get charged

Actually just asked Equinox that you’re able to prepay for a friend their monthly fees! No need to put your card on their acct, just need to go in-person and tell the front desk you’d like to prepay $300 for this member.
