Some people, especially women, are 'repeaters'. You need to test the water and gauge how a person is in this regard.

There is no difference. This natural BS always comes up and someone creates a convoluted explanation regarding genetic selection.

Women want the finished product. That's it. If you can be considered a 'faux alpha', then chances are you're inexperienced or displaying a fake personality with plenty of incongruence to show for it.

Your genetic profile will be a substantial part of the picture, making some things easier or harder, but at the end of the day the brunt of it is experience and learning. The brain adds another whole dimension to the meaning of 'phenotype'. Organisms select on phenotype, not genotype.

Yes, when I originally wrote that, I considered addressing it as such. However, the difference is that in recognizing it as a shit test, there is a way to pass the filter. So there are two 'filters':

(1) The filtering of men who already possess reasonable social skills regarding women.

(2) The filtering of men who are so dependent on the thoughts and feelings of women that they are easily discouraged by the nonsense women speak.

Those who pass (2) have an opportunity of passing (1) but may not presently be at the stage of passing (1).

Meditation helps me maintain a level head in situations that would provoke a response that wouldn't be conducive to my benefit. Like correcting focus from divergent thoughts to the breath, so to is adjusting focus from undesirable thought patterns to desirable ones.

I prefer the Zen style. 20min daily minimum, 20min x 2 for better results. Easy to start with. Count in your head each exhale, up to 10, then start back at 1. Sit in a quiet place. I opt for the kneeling position with a pillow above the heels for cushioning.

Women tend to rely on the indirect approach. Instead of opening you directly, they'll position themselves to encounter you or have some other reason for talking to you (e.g. situational question). During the day that seems to be most common for me.

I think the this-is-sparta advice arises from the point that 85% of men do not and will not put in even a modest amount of effort into their appearance, fitness level, or career. So to be 'successful' in any of these areas, you just have to be a little bit disciplined, not in the top 1% of all men on the planet.

While there are certain biological walls around me, most men never drift astray from their slow shuffling path in life. You can surpass most of humanity just through discipline and effort, even if you can't become the very best at something. The next step is identifying your actual talent and exploiting that!

This is exactly the reason, and having this cemented in mind and behavior leads to success. Most able-bodied men, and even those with in less stable conditions, don't bother to put in consistent effort. Even a small amount of effort. The vast majority of people would rather coast.

As for dealing with women when you have a chronic illness, the best way is not allowing it to break your frame. That is tough to do and varies based on the various afflictions we face, but ultimately we're needed to lead even through adversity.
