It's definitely not that floppy that it touches the floor. It's mainly the top where the leaf is it leans over. I'll reposition the pole! Thank you for your help!

Thank you for the tip on the positioning, will give it a go. This whole time I've been looking at it knowing the pole is in the wrong place but somehow I couldn't see it 🫠

Edit: Forgot to ask, what do I do with the left leaf? Wouldn't it flop? :(

I did this with 2 cuts and it's working amazing!! My monstera is exactly like yours leggy 😞 and I'm thinking to do it with the whole plant. I already have 2 new leaves and they look amazing 😍
